I had another company out first( Mr Rooter ). They tried to tell me I needed very expensive work done. I had Don out for a second look. He was honest. Came out to look for free, and got things taken care of without these expensive fixes I didn't need. I will call him next time I need any plumbing work!!

Don went out of his way to research the available on demand units so he could pick the best suited for our home. The time frame to complete the job was a week and we are extremely happy with the results. The unit provided is perfect for our useage and needs. The price was reasonable. We are very pleased.

This company was the best I have ever had the opportunity to deal with, Don answered the phone personally, explained all my questions in detail, was out in less the 30 minutes after I called back. Had the water heater installed, removed and cleaned up in an hour. Had all the tools aboard, no waiting around to get this that or the other thing, Very, Very Professional. He and his 2 assistants are now a part of our family. I will always call on him for all my plumbing needs. No reason to look elsewhere. Respect all around. Thom Owens - Oh by the way, the price was a third of everybody else I called. Fantastic....

Project: Repair or Service a Water Heater
We were very happy with the service .The area that the water heater was in presented quite a challenge but our plumber just took in stride & with his professional experience & cool attitude got it taken care of.He also was very neat & had a down to earth personality & explained to us what the problems were.We had questions & he gave us all the answers.We have a few other things to be fixed & We have no doubt who we call for repairs.I want to thank Skip our service person ,Express Rooter for being their in times of need.
